Rules of Use

1. The Open Forum is for LTI Website users only.
   
   
2. Users are encouraged to use their real names, but pseudonyms are allowed.  Be aware that submissions can be traced should the need arise.  If you wish to use a pseudonym please decide on one and keep to it.
   
   
3. Topics which are not directly work related are allowed.  Be aware that this forum is seen by the Advisory Team, and the DfES.  Submissions must be of a standard that cannot bring this Forum or the Council into disrepute.
   
   
4. Normal rules of courtesy and politeness apply.  Do not write anything you would not say face-to-face.
   
   
5. The Data Protection Act applies.  In particular, information should be true, and should not name specific children, or members of the public.  For example, it must not be used to post warnings or views about individuals.
