This
section is aimed at newly appointed and established ICT
subject leaders in schools, who want to evaluate, develop and
enhance their role.
The content should provide an opportunity for subject leaders
to critically examine their approach to leadership and explore
ways of increasing their effectiveness in instigating,
managing and supporting changes in classroom practice.
The content of this section is largely based on a course
delivered in October 2003 and you are encouraged to download
any of the materials to support your work.
