South Gloucestershire Interactive Whiteboard Network  

Additional funding has been provided to South Gloucestershire in order to enhance the provision of interactive whiteboards across the authority.  Click here to access the background information and previous letters sent to schools.

 
The Primary Strategy have produced an interactive whiteboard network website and various resources can be downloaded here including flip charts for Promethean and Smart boards to support literacy, numeracy and other curriculum areas.

South Gloucestershire schools involved in the Learning Through Innovation Project have also produced their own resources, click here to access the LTI project Interactive Whiteboard page.

Schools benefiting from interactive whiteboard funding have already been involved in launch meetings from the network and the primary and secondary launch materials are available here.

Schools were also provided with a list of useful website sources for images and film.

The first Primary Whiteboard Network workshops were held on and will be repeated on 23rd March as twilight sessions (4-6pm).  The 23rd March session is already fully booked, however an additional session is being held due to the large demand for places.  This will take place on 15th March and a flyer for this can be downloaded here with the relevant information.

The materials used for the training sessions are generally adapted from Primary Strategy materials and these can be downloaded below in order to facilitate disseminations within your school.
