This is an excellent free curriculum resource developed
by the South West Grid for Learning is association with Web
Based. This online resource enables users to display
high quality images such as ordnance survey maps and aerial
photographs side by side or overlaying each other. Users
can also create hotspots on the map linked to photographs,
text, presentations, video and sound. This makes it an
extremely flexible resource, which can be tailored to specific
needs. Users can also share the resources they create
with users all over the South West.
It is a particularly good teaching resource to use with an
interactive whiteboard.
All South Gloucestershire schools can currently access this
