Ian Baker:  Strategic Planning for ICT

 

ICT has never been and is unlikely to be an area of the curriculum that experiences little change!  Planning for effective use of ICT throughout the school is both a time consuming and a demanding task.  Self-evaluation by the school of its ICT provision that results in a clear development plan is central to achieving successful implementation of ICT.  In this seminar Ian Baker aims to provide co-ordinators and senior managers with a suggested framework and resources for this process.
