 This picture is an example of a screen grab.  The technique of using screen grabs to create worksheets is an extremely useful one - especially if you want all the class to be focusing on the same learning objectives.  Some can be doing the activity at the computer while others are using a worksheet.
To take a screen grab - and it is literally whatever is displayed on the whole screen - simply press the Print Scrn key on the keyboard.  You will find it to the top right of function keys on a normal keyboard.  This copies the screen to the clipboard.  Go into Word or Write Away and paste the image from the clipboard into your work.
