Self Assessment Resources

To follow are some resources that can be used for self assessment:

Pupil Self Assessment of Numeracy
This grid is a useful set of questions to use as pupil self assessment regarding their attitudes to Numeracy. It is best used with a group of approx. 6 pupils, mixed ability and gender.
Year 6 Assessment of Key Objectives
Year 6 Assessment of Key Objectives - Answers
This test is a set of questions you can give to Year 6 pupils to identify gaps in subject knowledge and to help plan Boosters. It is suggested that this is used early in the Autumn Term.
Year 6 Booster Group Test
Year 6 Booster Group Test - Answers
This test is a set of questions you can give to Year 6 pupils to identify gaps in their subject knowledge and to help plan Boosters. The questions are based on Year 5 key objectives. It is suggested that this is used early in the Autumn Term.

These are some demonstration lesson plans that can be used on the Promethean Board. You need to have Active Primary software installed on your computer to open these files. Right click and 'save target as' to save on to your computer and then you will be able to use them.
